"Helpful support when I needed it"
I ran into an issue with my booking and was getting a little stressed. Customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort everything out. The wait time wasn’t perfect, but overall I had a good experience and appreciated the support

"Actually got my lost bag back"
I accidentally left my small bag on the bus and expected it to be gone for good. Customer service wasn’t super quick to get back to me, which was a little frustrating, but they did end up finding it and helping me arrange a pickup. It wasn’t as fast as I would’ve hoped, but compared to what I expected, I’m really glad it worked out.

"Confusing info about the restroom situation"
The restroom situation was frustrating. The website made it seem like bathrooms would be available, but when I got there, the bathroom was closed and the one on the bus was broken. It was really confusing and definitely inconvenient.

"Baggage rules were a bit confusing"
The trip itself was okay, but uh, the baggage allowance info wasn’t very clear to me. I had to click through a few different pages just to figure out what was actually included. It would be a lot better if the baggage policy was easier to find and understand.

"Stressful transfer, but I made it"
My first bus ended up being about 20 minutes late, and at first I was irritated because nobody was really saying what that meant for my connection. I kept asking around at the station and got a couple different answers, which just made the whole thing more confusing.
Then, once I realized I might still make it, my mood flipped a bit and I was like, okay, maybe this won’t be a total disaster. I did get there in the end, but it was way more stressful than it needed to be. They really need to coordinate transfers better or at least give people updates sooner.

"Clean station, easy enough wait"
I kind of assumed it would be a hassle when I got there, but it was actually straightforward. The station was clean, the bathrooms were decent, and there were enough seats while I waited. The signs made it easy to figure out where my bus was, and the counter staff helped me quickly. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Refund policy seemed fair enough"
I had to cancel my Trailways ticket last minute, so I was kind of bracing for it to be a pain. The refund policy was easy enough to understand, and even though there was a fee and I didn’t get the full amount back, it felt reasonable.

The refund wasn’t instant and took a few days to come through, so I’d still call it a 4-star experience. But it was handled fine overall, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again if I needed to.

"Easy booking, just caught some bad timing"
I booked my bus ticket on trailways.com and it was straightforward. The dates and times were easy to see, payment went through quickly, and the ticket showed up in my email right away. I didn’t have any trouble using it when boarding either. The only annoying part was more bad timing on my end than anything else, since I picked a bus that lined up with a busy travel window. Overall, it worked fine and I’d use it again.

I booked through trailways.com and, the bus was in better shape than I expected. Like... it just felt clean, solid, and not beaten up.

There weren’t any weird noises or shaking, the brakes felt smooth, and the AC actually kept working the whole ride, which was a relief. You can kind of tell when a vehicle is being taken care of, you know? This one definitely seemed like it was.

We left on time and got there without any issues. Nothing fancy, but... that’s really all I wanted for the trip. I’d use them again...

The prices were easy to understand — and the fees showed up before I paid, which I appreciated. I just wish the service fee was a little lower, but overall it was straightforward.

"Good rewards, but they could be quicker"
I’ve booked a few trips through them and the loyalty points have definitely come in handy. The discounts are decent too. I just wish the rewards showed up a little faster sometimes, because it kind of feels like they make you wait longer than they need to.

"Smooth and easy charter for our group"
We booked Trailways for a group trip last month, it made the whole day so much easier. The booking process was straightforward, and our driver arrived right on time, which I really appreciated since we had a tight schedule. The bus was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone’s bags without feeling cramped. It was such a relief having the whole group arrive together instead of trying to coordinate a bunch of cars and parking. The price felt very reasonable for the convenience, and I’d definitely use them again for another group event...

"Pretty convenient for getting where I need to go"
I’ve used Trailways a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. I like that they have routes to a lot of smaller towns that don’t always show up on other bus sites, which has definitely come in handy. I do wish a few destinations had more departure times throughout the day, but it hasn’t been a major issue for my trips. I’d give it 4 stars since the availability is solid, just not quite perfect.

"Helpful wheelchair boarding experience"
I booked Trailways for my mom since she uses a wheelchair, and overall it went smoothly. The lift was working fine, and the driver was patient and helpful, which I really appreciated. The only thing was that phone support took a little while to confirm the details, so I’d probably allow extra time for that. Still, it was a good trip, and I’d consider using them again.

The ride itself was fine, but my bag definitely didn’t come off the bus the way it went on. One of the wheels was cracked and there were scuffs all over it, so it seems like it may not have been handled with much care. When I mentioned it, the driver pretty much just shrugged and told me to contact support. Kind of frustrating, especially when you trust them with your luggage.

The wifi actually worked well, which was nice. Also had a power outlet, so I didn’t have to worry about my phone dying. Made the whole trip a lot easier especially when I was trying to pass the time

"On Time, Surprisingly Enough"
I usually don’t trust bus schedules at all, but this one actually showed up right on time. I was kind of expecting it to be late, so I was impressed, even though in my head I still don’t fully believe buses can be reliable. Overall, the schedule was accurate and the ride started without any hassle.

"Finally, stops that didn’t waste my time"
The pickup spot was basically right near my place, and the dropoff was close to where I actually needed to go. I’m not exactly patient when it comes to extra walking or waiting around, so this made the whole trip a lot less irritating, honestly...
